We are a small team building something meaningful. We don't have the resources of a big company, so we rely on what we can control: showing up every day, doing the work, and compounding our efforts over time.

Our Pace

We follow a simple rhythm: weekly sprints, release every week, announce every week. We move a needle every single day, no matter how small that progress may be. Small, consistent steps compound into meaningful results.

In-Person by Design

We are not remote. We work together in an in-person office. This isn't arbitrary. it keeps us disciplined and ensures we show up every single day. Proximity creates accountability.
