Using company cards

Every employee at Ferndesk is given a card with a $100 monthly spend.

This can be used to pay for:

AI coding tools/subscriptions (see recommended tools)
Gym memberships (recommended)
Courses/training material
Productivity software
Meditation/mindfulness apps - ex. Insight Timer (recommended), Headspace, Calm
Ergonomic equipment (keyboard, mouse, standing desk accessories)
Books

These will be counted as business expenses. Please do not use your company card to purchase personal items. If you're not sure what counts as a personal item or not, contact Wilson.
